Secure Electronic Recycling Process
- Equipment Pickup & Secure Removal with professional handling from pickup to intake processing. GPS tracked transport options avaliable
- Asset Tracking and Confirmation We intake and document all equipment picked up by quantity and serial number. We measure the net weight of raw material picked up and send an Intake List back to your organization.
- Data destruction Data bearing equipment is separated and secured. Serial Numbers of Storage Media Removed or discovered is recorded and updated to the intake list. Media Sanitization or Data Destruction plan scoped is performed and a Certificate of Destruction or Media Sanitization is set back to your organization.
- Parts harvesting includes additional component recovery to increase circularity outcomes
- Responsible recycling by downstream processing through appropriate materials recovery pathways
- Final Disposition Reporting documenting the outcome of all equipment picked up including weight totals by asset category and material
- Full chain of custody documenting custody from pickup to final disposition. This is included with final disposition report

Do you offer e-waste pickup for businesses and organizations?
Yes. CAS provides secure e-waste pickup and electronic recycling with disciplined handling and documentation. We’ll help you scope the pickup, confirm staging and access requirements, and map the right processing path for your equipment.
Can you recycle laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment?
Yes. We regularly handle computers, servers, networking gear, peripherals, and mixed loads. If your pickup includes data-bearing devices, we can scope documented media sanitization or physical destruction based on your requirements.
Do you provide a certificate for recycling or destruction?
We provide full chain-of-custody documentation and issue a Certificate of Recycling along with our Final Dispoosition Report. We issue a Certificate of Media Sanitization or Certificate of Destruction for equipment and storage devices scoped before pickup and removal.
How do you protect sensitive data during electronics recycling?

Do you offer sustainability reporting with electronic recycling?
Yes. We can provide a sustainability scorecard for each pickup and offer additional reporting documentation for landfill diversion and final disposition outcomes formatted for sustainability programs. Can you support multi-site pickups or recurring schedules?
Yes. We support one-time cleanouts and recurring pickup cadences for multi-site operations. We also support long-term projects for ongoing refresh cycles, relocations, and decommission projects.
Do you recycle batteries or UPS battery backups?
Yes. We accept battery-containing equipment and UPS equipment, as long as the condition of the equipment does not pose a safety hazard at pickup and removal.
How do we prepare electronics for pickup?
We’ll provide staging guidance during assessment. In most cases, the goal is to keep pickup and removal efficient: consolidate equipment in a specified area, and confirm access requirements.
