Project Planning

Core Asset Solutions works with you to review project requirements and create a pickup, data destruction, recycling, remarketing, and reporting plan. A virtual consultation or site review may be neccessary to effectively determine logistics, staging, access, and documentation requirements.

Multi-Site Coordination

We map out all site locations, point of contact for each facility, authorized personnel, and reoccuring pickup (when applicable) to ensure streamlined chain-of-custody handoff points across all sites.

Pickup Scheduling

CAS will work with you to plan the optimal time for pickup, on-site services, scheduled removal for off-site processing, or multi-day removal requirements.

Secure Logistics & Transport

Asset Intake & Reconciliation

Documented intake with verification of equipment inventoried by serial number, asset tag, device category, quantity, and pickup site batch. Intake records tracked by pickup and per site location create a clear picture for reconciliation, reporting, and final documentation records.

Data Sanitization

Secure data destruction & sanitization for all data-bearing equipment according to the required NIST 800-88r2 method, risk classification, and project scope. The process may include equipment disassembly, or physical destruction escalation depending on the device and client requirements.

Documented Recycling

Responsible recycling for non-reusable electronics through material recovery channels. We provide landfill diversion metrics, reuse vs recycling outcomes, material category weights, and downstream disposition documentation.

Final Disposition Reporting

Your organization receives detailed inventory list, certificates of destruction, chain-of-custody record, and equipment disposition documentation. Per-asset financial reporting for approved equipment remarketed.
